Chaya's offering of services and ministries are intended for chronic and terminally ill  families (caregivers and care receivers) in health, financial and spiritual crises. We aren't working with the masses, we work 1-1 with "those who consider themselves, "the least of these."

We are not a self-help, motivation, leadership, management or training platform.  Our ideal partners, individuals and organizations are serious minded people seeking to embrace adversity and accept new ways to live their lives that builds up their fortitude, grit, and tenacity to overcome pain and suffering. Only a few seek to take what happens in life and grow into a resilient contributor to society and God's kingdom work.

on Adaptive Leadership is  transformational. it is  the opposite of the World's transactional thinking. Christ calls us to "change how we think," He calls us to repent. the greek word is "Metanoia."

With the power of the holy spirit, You can change your inner-life" thinking to reflect the virtues of character, competence and teachablity.

​"Gospel Grit" is our desired outcome where we become spiritually mature and bring glory to God through His word, praying according to His word and acting through the power of the Holy Spirit.

We are uncompromising to the world who often sets the Word of God aside for the latest fads and trends of society. As Charles Spurgeon said centuries ago, "Don't become a collection of echoes societies want you to believe and proclaim.We love Christ and our neighbors, regardless of our earthly conditions.

Gospel Grit is not seeking comfort and convenience as a Christian. It is embracing the gospel knowing God has a plan and mission for each of us, and regardless of our earthly conditions, we are to fulfill that mission.
